Pro Staff is seeking a Master the Machine: Digital Press Technician – Indigo Specialist for 100% onsite work in Cartersville, GA. You will calibrate, troubleshoot, and fine-tune Indigo digital presses to achieve peak performance and print quality.

You’ll diagnose mechanical, electrical, and color-related issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with production teams to maximize uptime and output excellence in a cutting-edge production environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Indigo digital presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to disassemble, diagnose, and repair complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot print quality and mechanical performance issues.
• Familiarity with digital press cleaning, maintenance, and preparation standards.
• Ability to work in a physically active, equipment-focused environment.
• Strong work ethic, driven and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and fine-tune Indigo digital presses.
• Maintain print quality standards for accuracy and consistency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and color-related issues.
• Prepare presses for shipment or production with full cleaning and setup.
• Move and rig equipment as needed within the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements.
• Document procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
