• Must be enrolled as a full-time college student (Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s) or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in A&R and the music industry with eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of the industry and day-to-day processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with artist and song research and identify opportunities through shows, radio, blogs, charts and demos.
• Coordinate weekly A&R research reports and other scouting projects.
• Monitor and report on charts domestically and internationally.
• Support Artist Relations with administrative tasks to ensure projects are submitted on time.
