Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experienced cardiovascular leadership.

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Indiana Region Director – Heart & Vascular to provide strategic and administrative leadership for our cardiovascular services across the region. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the operations, quality, safety, and long-term development of our cardiovascular service lines, with alignment across ambulatory and procedural settings, including cardiac rehabilitation, the cardiac catheterization laboratory, and cardiovascular diagnostic testing services. Your leadership will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, advancing clinical care, and fostering collaborative partnerships throughout the Deaconess Health System.
