Job Summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated, multi-task-oriented individual to manage a Security contract. The role involves overseeing the accountability of all Supervisors and staff for assigned accounts, with full responsibility for performance, service, and budget management. The candidate will ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel, support various security needs, and establish relationships with local police, fire departments, and facility reports. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, maintains a professional image, and adheres to Andy Frain Services' core values and compliance standards.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Manage the security team and enforce security and safety programs, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed timely.
2. Develop and implement security procedures in compliance with facility policies, laws, and regulations. Respond to emergencies promptly and coordinate with authorities.
3. Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and access control devices, ensuring their continuous and safe operation.
4. Use equipment such as radios, telephones, computers, and tools; conduct daily inspections of assigned vehicles and report damages.
5. Counsel and discipline personnel as needed, with guidance from management, and document all actions.
6. Assist in training Security Officers and Review post orders to ensure staff competence.
7. Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager regarding account and staff performance, and address security and safety issues.
8. Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as required.
9. Ensure adequate security coverage, inspect posts, and verify staff sign-in/out procedures.
10. Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide excellent customer service.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
