What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments

- Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans in accordance with organizational policies
- Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist in Indiana
- Personal experience in a recovery program
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain punctuality and attendance during work hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
