What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient account receivable services to maximize reimbursement for member clinics
- Accurately bill various insurance types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist in the collection of overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate billing records and respond to patient inquiries with empathy
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve billing processes and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with 2 years preferred
- Experience with Indiana and/or Ohio billing required
- High school diploma or GED is required; some higher education preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Familiarity with EPIC software preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) or Rural Health Clinics (RHC)
- Understanding of legal requirements related to billing and reimbursement processes
