The successful candidate will manage a high-volume docket, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and guide clients through the case process while coordinating with experts and attending depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Active Indiana State Bar license in good standing required.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day motor vehicle accident litigation.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
