ELITE CARE MANAGEMENT is looking for Compassionate and Experienced Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Amazing Indiana Team!

Part Time Positions Available

Home Health Aide (HHA)/CNA- Weekly Pay & Sign-on Bonus!

Join the world of Home Healthcare, where you can provide ONE-ON-ONE skilled care to patients in the comfort of their home. As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
  • Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
  • Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
  • Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
