Centene is seeking a Quality Leader based in Indiana to direct process improvement activities, drive NCQA accreditation and HEDIS performance, and collaborate with state and local agencies to promote services and improve health outcomes. The role focuses on risk adjustment quality, STARS improvements for Medicare products, and overseeing provider satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, other related field or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years of quality management, quality improvement or healthcare operations experience required
• Certain states may require a formal certification in quality improvement, risk management, or another parallel field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct process improvement activities to improve workflow efficiency
• Lead NCQA Accreditation and/or HEDIS performance initiatives
• Improve STARS ratings for Medicare products including HEDIS, CAHPS and HOS
• Oversee provider satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans
• Collaborate with state and local agencies to promote services and reduce health disparities
• Promote cultural competence across the provider network and develop trainings

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field

Master's Degree preferred

Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (preferred)
