Job summary

New Leaf Psych in Ohio is seeking licensed independent clinicians to join as 1099 contractors (part-time or full-time). You can set your own schedule, choose client populations, and work either 100% telehealth across Ohio or in a cozy, professional office suite located near the Summit Mall in Fairlawn.

We handle billing, SimplePractice EHR, and marketing, allowing you to focus on client care while you retain ownership of your client relationships and records.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio license in LISW, LPCC, or LIMFT.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• An established or transferable client caseload is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within SimplePractice EHR.
• Maintain active Ohio independent licensure and professional liability insurance.
• Uphold HIPAA, insurance, and ethical standards

• Strong clinical grounding in trauma-informed or evidence-based treatment modalities.
