Thriveworks in Columbus, OH seeks Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in‑person sessions. The clinician-owned national group operates in 48 states, supporting clinicians with scheduling, credentialing, and comprehensive benefits.

Roles involve flexible hours from 7am–10pm, a guaranteed pay structure, and career development opportunities. Eligible candidates must hold an Ohio independent license (LPCC/LMFT/LISW or PhD/PsyD) and be licensed in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent Ohio license (LPCC/LMFT/LISW or PhD/PsyD for psychologist).
• Licensed to practice in the state they will serve.
• Ability to provide telehealth and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Columbus, OH.
• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours and ensure high-quality care.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Ohio:

• LPCC or LMFT or LISW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
