Job summary

Meridian HealthCare seeks a licensed clinician to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services within an integrated care network. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual counseling to patients facing mental health and substance use challenges.

As a full-time clinician, you will collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams, engage in supervision, and participate in a supportive, growth-oriented work environment with strong patient care focus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Licensure as LISW or LPCC preferred or required by role.
• Competency in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual counseling and patient access to treatment.
• Participate in integrated healthcare network to deliver high-quality care.
• Work side-by-side with medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Coordinate with care coordinators to provide wrap-around services.
• Engage in weekly individual supervision.
