Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking MDs or DOs to join as mobile wound care physicians in Texas facilities. As an independent contractor (1099), you provide hands-on care, make clinical decisions, and we handle billing and administrative tasks.

You can enjoy true autonomy with flexible schedules, no overnight calls or weekend rounds, and earning potential ranging from $220,000 to $300,000+ depending on services and performance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear Texas medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Residency not required; board certification/eligibility not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric residents in nursing facilities.
• Make independent clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes.
• Utilize our custom software to document care efficiently.
• Maintain licensure and comply with Texas regulations.
