About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Independent Workday Consultants to join our growing network. As an independent consultant, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize our clients’ HR and financial systems. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record of Workday implementations, configurations, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or support Workday implementation projects from discovery through deployment (Phase 0 - Go Live), ensuring that all project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize Workday solutions tailored to client-specific business processes.
- Provide post-implementation support, ongoing optimizations, and troubleshooting for Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices, system updates, and product improvements.
- Lead client training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless adoption of the platform.
- Participate in Workday product enhancements and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Workday ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with expertise in one or more functional/technical areas: HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Student, Reporting, Integrations, or Data Conversion.
- Strong background in Workday implementations (Phase I, II, X), system configurations, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client leadership teams.
- PMP or Workday certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
