The Well is a fiduciary-first independent Registered Investment Advisor seeking a Wealth Advisor to own and grow an established client book. You will present financial plans and investment recommendations with full independence and integrity.

Leverage firm-generated leads from radio, retiree networks, and CPA referrals, while building a long-term career with mentorship and growth opportunities that align with tenure and client assets.

Competenze

• 5+ years in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment services.
• Series 63 and Series 65 or 66, current and in good standing.
• Proven ability to retain and grow existing client relationships.
• Comfort asking for referrals and converting warm leads into new client assets.
• Disciplined CRM and pipeline habits, including same-day documentation.
• Unimpeachable integrity — accurate and honest records.
