Job summary

Peak Mountain Advisors is seeking an associate financial advisor to join our team in Connecticut. The candidate will support daily financial planning and service current clients, with a path to grow their own clientele within an independent wealth management setting.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience, CT Life/Health/Accident license, FINRA Series 7 and 66. Base income is $48,000 with a competitive grid payout for existing relationships and new clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial advising.
• Life, Health and Accident License – State of CT
• FINRA Series 7 and FINRA 66 License
• Well organized with the ability to manage time effectively with multiple priorities
• Excellent Verbal Communication, Active Listening, Critical Thinking, Strong Ethics
• Clean record with SEC and FINRA

Responsibilities

• Join Peak Mountain Advisors as an associate financial advisor to manage daily financial planning for current clients.
• Support transition of existing book of business and grow with new clientele.
• Provide the highest level of client experience and service.
