Job summary

E-Space is seeking a VP, Mission Assurance & Quality to provide independent oversight ensuring safe, reliable spacecraft before launch. You will lead MA&Q authority, halt work when needed, and shield quality decisions from schedule pressure.

You will own FMEA/FMECA across phases, chair FRB, drive hazard analysis, NCR disposition and IPC/AS9100-like standards adherence, influencing program success and fleet reliability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of mission assurance, quality or reliability on flight programs.
• Experience with FMEA/FMECA from build to qualification and enforcing zero SPOF at CDR.
• Ability to chair or co-chair Qualification Review Boards and make independent go/no-go determinations.

Responsibilities

• Own FMEA/FMECA from initial build through qualification; ensure zero SPOF at CDR.
• Chair Failure Review Board; lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Define mission success criteria and own fault tree analysis.
