Job summary

Next Level Urgent Care, LLC seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and episodic care in our urgent care setting, working independently and with a supervising physician to deliver high-quality care.

You will perform physical exams, order tests, interpret results, manage diagnoses, prescribe medications, and educate patients while maintaining infection control and patient safety in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Board certified as a nurse practitioner with current state licensure.
• DEA licensure with no restrictions.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and episodic care following established protocols.
• Assure patient flow runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform complete physical exams and assessments for urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentations.
• Order and perform tests and procedures as needed to inform care.
• Define/document differential diagnoses and list most likely diagnoses.
• Collaborate with supervising physician for diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Interpret data and diagnostic results in coordination with the physician.
• Prescribe dosages and educate patients on correct usage.
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and ethics.
