Job summary

The role requires independent judgment, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and effective communication with the radiology team. ARDMS/ARRT certification and BCLS are required or registry-eligible.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of clinical ultrasound experience
• 2–4 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred
• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently following protocols
• Verifies patient identity and ordered procedures before imaging
• Documents imaging and patient information in the EHR and PACS
• Maintains safety, infection control, and orderly work environment
• Assists radiologists with interpretation and image quality review
