As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you run your own business and control your schedule while earning through a tiered system with commissions and stipends. You will cover the Newark Metro Area, approaching convenience stores and independent retailers in person to build your book of business using our mobile app to place orders and manage relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales or Hustle experience in B2B, delivery routes, or independent contracting is valuable.
• Comfort with cold pitching and persistently following up to close accounts.
• Total independence to run your own day and sales strategy without a supervising boss.

Responsabilités

• Independent Outreach: walk into stores, pitch RepRally to owners.
• Relationship Management: prospect new stores, earn owners' trust, manage accounts.
• Driving Volume: use the app to place initial orders and secure ongoing re-orders.
