Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership and ability to build and develop a team.
• Solid business and financial acumen for managing profitability.
• Willingness to relocate and complete full onboarding.
• Drive to succeed and work independently with Grocery Outlet support.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: oversee daily functions, inventory, compliance, and financial oversight.
• Leadership & Team Development: recruit, hire, and train high-performing staff.
• Buying & Merchandising: manage assortment to meet local community needs.
• Community Engagement: support local organizations and reflect our mission in the community.
• Financial & Business Acumen: monitor sales, margins, expenses, and profitability.
• Customer Experience: maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
• Operational Autonomy: run the store in the best interest of community and business.
