Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, evaluating customer storage needs and recommending packing and moving supplies. You will perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and space availability for rent, while also auditing cash drawers and processing deposits.

The role includes assisting customers with payments and follow-up collections as needed. Successful candidates come from customer service–driven sales backgrounds such as retail or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Ability to assess customer needs and upsell supplies.
• Experience working in fast-paced service settings.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for renting.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
