Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest products, and conduct daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role involves cash handling, payment follow-ups, and occasional travel between sites. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
