Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
