UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist who will work under the supervision of the Supervisor and in collaboration with radiologists to deliver high-quality patient care in complex imaging procedures.

The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff, maintains professional communication, and supports colleagues across the health care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology.
• State of FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license (ARRT).
• BLS certification; Cross-trained in Special Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide special procedures radiology services following accepted standards of practice and minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
• Work independently in the modality under supervision of the Supervisor and in association with radiologists, while supporting patient care.
