Ideal candidates come from customer service backgrounds and must be physically capable of handling various tasks including inspections and maintenance. Valid driver’s license required as travel between locations is necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Experience in customer service roles such as retail or restaurant.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple property locations independently.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections for inventory and rental readiness.
• Perform cash drawer audits and bank deposits.
• Make reminder and collection calls to customers.
