Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking individuals for flexible, part‑time engagement as Research Associates. You will choose your hours and earn based on productivity, with training provided to help you optimize earnings in each assigned store.

Starting as an independent contractor, you control how much you work and how much you earn, with the potential for a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas. Reliable transportation is required for assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments via the company app and complete projects for the company.
• Maintain reliable, timely execution and accuracy in each task.
• Work independently with flexible hours and strive to maximize earnings within client windows.
