Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a part-time Research Associate to work as a delivery/driver-type role with flexible hours. You will collect work assignments, receive detailed training, and have the opportunity to earn extra money with a guaranteed hourly minimum in some areas.

A $200 sign-on bonus is offered for this area. Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while working in grocery store environments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at grocery stores as assigned.
• Follow training to achieve maximum efficiency and meet project criteria.
• Work independently with flexible hours and a guaranteed hourly minimum (where wage floor applies).
