Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Lincoln, Drew, and Desha counties in Arkansas. You will be the ambassador for the Stine brand, building agronomic knowledge and driving sales across assigned accounts.

Develop and manage relationships with growers, recruit new accounts, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver top-tier support and programs within the district.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ag experience, including agronomy or crop production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation ability.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand in the territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs within the district.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects.
