Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Union, Franklin, and Licking counties in Ohio. You will serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, develop agronomic knowledge of seed products, and manage existing accounts while recruiting new ones to grow sales.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ag experience (agronomy, crop production or seed sales), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with growers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience (agriculture, agronomy, crop production, or seed sales).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand in the assigned Ohio counties.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Collaborate with regional agronomists to provide sales support.
