Job Description

Responsible for building value and selling specialty vehicles to decision makers at franchise dealerships within a defined geographic territory. Also responsible for developing the Specialty Sales and Distribution network by enrolling dealerships in the Certified Agriculture Dealership program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new dealer relationships.
  • Manage active accounts in person, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Increase revenue and sales volume.
  • Maximize revenue per vehicle and grow our dealer network.
  • Develop markets for new and innovative products.
  • Meet with dealers to discuss needs and assess relationships.
  • Develop and follow up on leads through cold calls, advertising, social media, and email.
  • Implement best practices at dealerships.
  • Manage all aspects of stocking dealerships.
  • Maintain customer information in CRM.
  • Prepare sales forecasts by units and dollars.
  • Compare results to goals and take corrective actions.
  • Contribute sales insights for strategic planning.
  • Build local relationships with influencers and partners.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in sales to automotive franchise dealerships and/or agriculture sales. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships. Experience in agriculture or commercial industries.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Extensive overnight travel required. Ability to sit for long periods. Vision abilities to validate and enter data on computer.
