Framesi North America seeks an Independent Sales Consultant to drive growth in North and South Carolina. You will identify and open new doors in salons and beauty supply shops while nurturing existing accounts, earning commissions based on performance and sales success.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, travel across the territory, and autonomy to manage your schedule while delivering premium haircare and color brand solutions to professional clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven outside sales experience, selling to Salons and Beauty Supplies preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salons and the Beauty Supply business model is a plus.
• Self-starter energy with the drive to exceed goals and crush commissions.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Salon and Beauty Supply Universe in Assigned Territory: focused on identifying, engaging, and opening New Doors and Beauty Supplies, along with servicing existing customers.
