Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in pallet supply, recycling, and supply chain/logistics consulting.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Work with customers to understand operational challenges and offer tailored pallet and logistics solutions.
• Manage your own book of business and pipeline with autonomy.
• Collaborate with the Paradigm Pallet team to deliver solutions that drive customer success.
