This is a Consultative Sales process that is designed to place the agent in the role of a Financial Advisor. The process is designed for a one-call close and little follow-up is required.

Our leadership team has extensive sales and leadership experience and have built this organization and refined the sales process, one innovative step at a time. One of the best aspects of this opportunity is the proximity that new agent recruits will have consistently to our leadership team through training and ongoing support. In addition, there are opportunities to grow into leadership within the agency for those who are willing and able.

Our Training-

We offer a 10-day hands-on training experience with ongoing support in a collaborative environment.

Our Performance & Commissions-

Our agents are averaging $20k - $25k per month in issued premiums. Our agents are tripling and quadrupling the performance stats of average life insurance agents in the field who are making cold calls and running in-home appointments. Our refined sales process, in-depth training program, and ongoing support make it possible to consistently meet or exceed agency performance targets.
