Job summary

Freedom Waste Services is hiring a Route Driver to service portable sanitation units across assigned routes. You will deliver, pick up, clean, restock, and sanitize equipment while maintaining accurate route documentation.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills. Physical work includes lifting up to 100 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Good communication with dispatch, customers, and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and equipment.
• Service units by cleaning, restocking and sanitizing.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units and equipment.
• Maintain route documentation and optimize routing.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Occasionally assist with moving materials or team members.
• Weekend and evening work may be required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
