Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks independent RoofField Inspectors in the United States to assess damages on steep and high roofs, both exterior and interior, for claims processing. You will work within our contractor network to deliver precise inspections using modern tech.

The role emphasizes professionalism, exceptional customer service, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Roofing/claims experience is a plus; Lidar devices and required credentials permitting contractor participation are expected

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and professional inspector with strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and credentials for contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections on steep/high roofs, assessing exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections to support claims evaluations.
• Utilize technology to document findings and communicate with clients.
