Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is expanding its independent contractor network as a RoofField Inspector. You will inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections.

You will work within our nationwide claims support network, utilizing lidar and mobile tools to document findings and help prevent further damage until permanent repairs are complete. The role offers flexible independent contractor arrangements and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting at least a 32’ ladder.
• Lidar device possession or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain required certifications to join the contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
