Job summary

Lilt is seeking experienced robotics professionals to contribute to AI benchmarking in the target language. You will create and review high-quality natural sciences scenarios to evaluate AI systems in locale-specific contexts, shaping how AI understands and performs in compliant mathematical environments.

The role involves creating domain-specific tasks, applying scoring rubrics, reviewing submissions for accuracy and regulatory alignment, and providing expert feedback to generate gold-standard

Qualifications

• Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Robotics (e.g. mechanical engineering, software development, robotics engineer, AI and Machine Learning etc.).
• Strong knowledge of target local frameworks.
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade natural sciences content in the target language with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local natural sciences practices.
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses.
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality.
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions.
