Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Independent Contractor arrangement (1099).
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home diagnostic tests for Medicare Advantage patients.
- Travel across New Jersey to patient locations.
- Complete assessments in 20–30 minutes per visit.
