Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Goodland, KS to provide hands-on merchandising support for leading brands. This independent contractor role focuses on in-store presentation, stock replenishment, and project-based initiatives that impact the customer experience.

You will work autonomously, build relationships with store teams, and execute planograms with accuracy, delivering timely reports and maintaining brand standards across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in cold retail environments for limited periods.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
