Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to support major retailers and brands. Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with windows set by clients to fit your schedule.

You can choose projects that align with your availability, earning competitive, project-based pay and, if enrolled, DailyPay. Ideal candidates read and follow planograms, perform resets and merchandising tasks, stock displays, and conduct inventory

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Proficient with mobile reporting on a smartphone or tablet.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday service windows, primarily daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
