Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Erwin, NC on an independent contractor basis. The role involves ongoing store support and project‑based merchandising with a pay rate of $14‑$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout retail environments.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large‑scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
