Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Carroll, IA to stock, set up displays, and support brand standards across stores. You'll manage project-based merchandising initiatives and report progress via mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer sections) for limited times.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
