Job summary

SFS is actively expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors to deliver top-quality retail merchandising services. This role offers flexible, project-based work with opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will review instructions, execute merchandising tasks, perform product resets, and manage inventory and reporting via mobile devices. Projects typically range 12–20 hours per month with occasional weekend or early-week requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
