Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Chandler, OK to stock, merchandise, and support store projects on a contract basis. You will work independently on merchandising initiatives and build strong relationships with store teams while ensuring brand standards and planogram compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Customer service or sales background beneficial.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on project-based merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
