Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Lexington, VA to stock, replenish, and merchandise products across assigned stores while ensuring brand standards and in-store presentation.

You will execute merchandising projects, resets, and promotional initiatives, build relationships with store teams, report results via mobile tools, and manage schedules to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work alone.
• Excellent organization, time management and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for merchandising and visual presentation.
• Familiarity with planograms and in-store execution.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
