Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking an Independent Contractor for Retail Support Merchandiser roles in Gallipolis, OH. You will stock, replenish, and merchandise to brand standards while executing project-based initiatives for leading brands.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently with store teams to deliver accurate merchandising and reporting via mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising or consumer goods familiarity is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps for field updates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
