Job summary

Crosswalk Health is seeking Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists to perform spirometry testing at primary care clinics in the Corpus Christi region. You will work as a 1099 contractor with flexible daytime schedules, traveling between local clinics across Mississippi.

Ideal candidates hold CRT/RRT/CPFT/RPFT credentials, have spirometry experience, and are fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Credential as CRT/RRT/CPFT/RPFT.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
• Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing; grade and upload results for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health professionally.
