Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its dedicated team in Florida. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology and set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set production goals.

As part of the Velox Valuations franchise system, you’ll receive one-on-one support and best practice knowledge sharing to maximize earnings while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser, in good standing.
• Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations.
• Motivated self-starter with high energy.
• Efficient time management & results driven.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Geographic competency in real estate trends.
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs.
• Ability to complete physical property inspections.
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions.
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production.
