With an 80/20 commission split and an $18,000 solo-agent cap, you control earnings and build your own business—without monthly fees or heavy oversight.

• Running your own business, generating clients, following up, writing contracts, solving problems.
• Autonomy without isolation while receiving coaching and training.
• Leads and opportunities: buyer and seller opportunities and lead generation support.
• Access to Crown Connect, CRM tools and scripting resources.
